When you receive a greeting card do you look on the back? Are you looking to see if its a Hallmark card? We’ve just grown accustomed to flipping things over, looking at both sides. This holds true for business cards as well. Why would you not print information on both sides? Each side of your business card is prime real estate for valuable information, it is space you have to make that first impression. There’s no reason to stuff everything you want to say on one side of the card, don’t crowd the important stuff.
So, you may be asking what can I do with the other side? Well, here’s a few ideas:
1. use the back to list services, tell people more about what you offer.
2. use the space for a punch card, a calendar or something else useful. This gives people a reason to hold onto the card.
3. make a bold statement or show part of your logo, something that gets their attention.
4. use color! The cost to print on both sides is only a few bucks more, it’s more than worth the money to stand out.
